Cancellation and Refund Policy

At My Fit Holidays, we strive to provide the best travel experiences and customer service. We understand that plans may change, and we have developed the following cancellation and refund policy to address any adjustments you may need to make to your bookings.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email at info@myfitholidays.com Cancellation fees may apply based on the time of cancellation and the specific arrangements made. Since we start making cost from the moment you book, and it is quite hard to find a substitute since most of our trips are planned for a group not an individual athlete. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days before the departure date: 30% of the total booking cost will be refunded.
- 15 to 30 days before the departure date: 25% of the total booking cost will be refunded.
- Less than 14 days before the departure date: No refund will be provided.
Please note: Certain tours, flights, or accommodation bookings may be non-refundable regardless of the timing of cancellation. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after receiving your written cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking process. Please note that any fees associated with the payment method (e.g., credit card fees) will not be refunded.
3. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change dates, accommodation, or other services), please contact us at least 30 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional costs. Any changes made less than 30 days before departure may incur cancellation fees as outlined above.
4. Cancellation by My Fit Holidays
In rare cases, My Fit Holidays may need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, political unrest, or low participation. In such cases, we will offer one of the following options:
- A full refund of all payments made.
- An opportunity to transfer your booking to a future date or another trip, subject to availability.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances. My Fit Holidays is not responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations, delays, or other disruptions outside of our control.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Please be aware that certain fees may not be refundable, such as:
- Visa or permit application fees.
- Flights, accommodations, or tours that are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
